Cyber Europe is an independent cybersecurity research project focused on cyber threat intelligence, internet measurement, open-source security research and practical defensive visibility. The goal is to build a transparent platform that collects and analyses publicly available security-relevant data, while supporting defenders, researchers and cybersecurity communities.
Cyber Europe is being developed as a research-oriented platform for collecting publicly available internet metadata, monitoring emerging threats, analysing indicators and creating practical cybersecurity tools. The project is not designed to exploit systems, bypass authentication or access private data. Its purpose is to support defensive research, visibility and responsible cyber threat intelligence.
Collecting and analysing indicators, threat patterns, suspicious infrastructure and open-source intelligence relevant to defenders.
Developing custom sensors for collecting publicly exposed service metadata, protocol fingerprints, TLS certificate data and related research signals.
Creating tools, dashboards, reports and educational resources that help explain real-world cyber threats in a practical way.
Cyber Europe focuses on publicly available information and defensive research. The project does not perform brute-force activity, credential attacks, exploitation attempts or unauthorized access. As the sensor network develops, scan policy, opt-out options and abuse contact information will be published clearly.
